The Lazy Boy and the Magic Lamp – Short English Story with Moral for Beginners
A long time ago, in a small town, there lived a boy named Aladdin. He was very lazy. He never helped his mother. He only played with his friends all day.
One day, a strange man came to him and said,
“Are you Mustapha’s son?”
“Yes, I am,” Aladdin replied.
The man said he was Aladdin’s uncle, but he was not. He was a magician. He asked Aladdin to help him.
Together, they walked to the mountains. The magician gave Aladdin a magic ring and told him to go inside a secret cave. Inside, Aladdin found a wonderful lamp.
When the magician tried to take the lamp, Aladdin refused. The magician became angry and closed the cave.
Aladdin was afraid. He rubbed the ring on his finger. Suddenly, a genie appeared and helped him escape. Later, Aladdin discovered that the lamp also had a genie inside. With the genie’s help, Aladdin became rich and lived happily with his mother.
